Escrow protection

Your money does not leave until the work does.

Agreeing to a collaboration funds escrow. It does not pay the creator. The fee sits there, out of both your hands, until you approve what was delivered.

Step 1

Agree the terms

Deliverables, fee and deadline, written down and confirmed by both sides.

Step 2

Fund escrow

The fee leaves your account and is held. The creator sees it is funded.

Step 3

Review the submission

Approve it, or ask for a revision you already agreed to in the brief. If you do not review within the agreed window, the fee releases to the creator.

Step 4

Release

Your approval moves the fee out of escrow to the creator.

The fee is held, not sent. Funding a collaboration moves the money into escrow. It does not reach the creator.
Nothing releases until you approve the work. Approval is the trigger.
The scope is fixed before anyone starts. Deliverables, fee and deadline are agreed in writing and stay attached to the collaboration.
Revisions are agreed up front, not argued afterwards. The number is part of the brief.
Creators start because they can see the fee is funded. Funded work gets delivered; a promise to pay later does not.
