Three Things That Define the Platform

1. Payment-Protected Fixed Fee Deals

When a brand and creator agree on a fixed fee collaboration, the design has the brand deposit the agreed amount into a protected payment arrangement before the creator starts any work. When the creator delivers and the brand approves, the payment processes. This means creators do not start work without a secured payment commitment, and brands do not pay for content they have not approved.

This is designed to be a structural protection — not a trust arrangement between two parties who have never worked together.

2. Barter++ — An Affiliate Income Model for Creators

Fixed fee deals pay once. Barter++ is designed so that deals can pay monthly, as long as the content continues driving sales. When a creator and brand agree on a Barter++ collaboration, GigTryst generates a unique tracking link and promo code. Sales attributed to that link contribute to monthly commission income — tracked through the platform.

3. TDS and Compliance Handling

GigTryst is built to handle TDS deduction at the point of content approval — automatically, on eligible transactions, at the applicable rate. The platform is also designed to generate appropriate invoice documentation for each transaction type, based on the creator's registration status.

The goal is that neither creators nor brands need to manage this manually. It is handled as part of the transaction itself.
